I used more weights on my bar at the gym today. I did fine with it except for when we were doing our squats. We put the bar on our shoulders when we do the squats and boy, did I make a mistake by putting more weight on it. I thought I was going to throw up.
The rest of the class was great. We do one of our arm exercises to “Don’t You Wish Your Girlfriend Was Hot Like Me,” and I’ve been singing that ONE line over and over all day (because I don’t know any of the lyrics). :) It has been a lot of fun for my family to hear me singing it over and over, I’m sure. :)
