Today I worked out with my Wii Fit Plus. I burned 161 calories with it, and also worked out with my Jillian Michaels disk. I’m not sure if I like her workout or not. I didn’t read the manual (and I always read manuals) and just jumped right in so maybe I missed something, but it seemed to just jump around from thing to thing without really preparing you. If I didn’t miss something and that’s really how it is, then I don’t like it.
I’m starting back in my gym classes tomorrow. I’m pumped about it. :) I’m aggravated with myself that instead of starting over just where I left off, instead I have to work off 10 lbs. that I had previously lost. I’m such an idiot.
