Happy New Year!

 

 

Happy New Year dear friends. I am making the switch over to WordPress-finally–since Blogger is so wishy-washy. I hope the transition is smooth. I’m the kind of person that likes to stick with what I know and not to go too far from what I’m familiar with. For a second I considered NOT switching but after the 8th time of trying to load what will be my last photo on Blogger, I decided to go ahead and give it a go.

The photo above is the gang at the cabin. We had SUCH a good time. There was so much laughing that I’m sure my sides will be sore for a long time to come. I sure didn’t want to leave this morning. The cabin was gorgeous and finally…FINALLY the sun came out from behind the clouds.

This was such a great weekend and I’m so glad that we were able to go. Marshall had a blast and that means so much to me. You just don’t understand what a workaholic this man is and he LOVES the friends that we went with, and well, to be honest, he has just never cared about hanging out with buddies before. He genuinely adores E&D and I sometimes sit in stunned silence because it’s NEVER happened before. He doesn’t like much of anyone. He really thoroughly enjoys himself, and I enjoy watching him just relaxing and laughing. I mean, I could do w/out the singing and the loud-talking and the repeat-everything-70-times, but it’ll be ok. ;)
